Recommendations
Before lighting your beeswax candles for the first time, it is a good idea to place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to one hour, just once. It will tighten the wax just that little bit extra and gives them a longer, more even burning life. This does not have to be done immediately prior to burning. Don't forget your beeswax candles in the fridge or freezer for days or weeks, though, as this can render them brittle and with unsightly cracks.
To get the most from your LuxMi beeswax candles try extinguishing them by briefly dipping the wick into the wax with a match or small stick. This way you avoid smoke, and wick burn out. Your wick is now reconditioned for lighting again, next time.
Children and adults alike love to paint the LuxMi smooth honeycomb candles. I like to use acrylic paints, myself. The candles are designed to burn down like a lantern, so long as they are in a draft free environment, emitting a soft glow, revealing and enhancing your written messages and or paintings, bringing them to life, amplifying your experience, intent or prayer.
When you light and burn your beautiful LuxMi beeswax candles, you can save any left over beeswax and exchange it as a small credit towards more candles. Always. I can't bear the thought of beeswax going to waste.

LuxMi Fairy Cups - Great as a lantern for ambient light - Use with floating candles or tea lights - They also make a great little vase or jewellery holder - A cup of spare change - A cup of offerings to your deity or the Fairies. The natural beeswax cups can also be used to serve cold foods in, such as deserts, Birchermuesli or nuts. They can be hand washed and re-used over and over again. Totally biodegradable, of course. Should you ever get sick of your beeswax cup, you can melt it, then mix it in with your favourite body creams, if you know how, and use it all up.
